Insurance & Finances can be confusing! No worries. We can direct bill your extended insurance plan coverage in almost all cases.
Mount Royal Village Family Chiropractic can help you with Insurance & Finances by offering the convenience
of Direct Billing to most extended health plans!
What is Direct Billing?
New improvements to our administration system now allows us to direct bill different insurance companies on your behalf. If you have health insurance benefit coverage for services such as chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage therapy, we will work with you to see how you can best achieve your health goals affordably.
We are here to help you obtain the maximum use of your benefits. Please contact us at (403) 475-6210 for a new patient consultation to discuss your needs, and we will help you determine your insurance benefits coverage.
If your insurance company permits, we are happy to direct bill your insurance company on your behalf and accept their payment directly. For co-payments or balances, we offer the following payment options for your convenience:
- Cash
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & American Express
- Interact Direct Payment
Please bring your insurance information with you when you come in for your appointment. We will work with you to ensure you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. Remember, insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your treatment.

Fees Billing
If your insurance provider does not currently offer direct billing, you may still be able to get reimbursed for the fees associated with your treatment plan. We recommend contacting your extended insurance company to confirm the details of your policy. We would be happy to assist you with your individual insurance forms.
Please call us directly to discuss any questions you may have about our fees for the different services we provide.
*Note: Alberta Health Care does not cover any fees related to Chiropractic and Massage Therapy. However, many insurance companies (including specific Blue Cross packages and Workers Compensation) provide particular coverage. You should inquire with your insurance carrier to determine the amount covered.
**Note: Alberta Health Care covers a portion of some chiropractic treatments for Seniors via Blue Cross. Please call for more information.
